Puerto Rico is the dark island since September. We cannot get reliable information from the newspapers, from the government, from the media.
I have lived in Puerto Rico since 1971 and am somewhat familiar with the PREPA system.

Drove from Fajardo to yauco this morning 112 miles 55.8 miles to the gallon.
